Lake County 435 / Orange County 435

Lake County 435 leads south from Florida 46 at Mt. Plymouth to the Orange County 435. Orange County 435 continues the route south to Kelly Park Road at Rock Springs Road. Rock Springs Road leads south through Apopka, but is no longer a part of the county road system. Unsigned Orange County 435 resumes south of U.S. 441 (Main Street) via Park Street to Clarcona Road and North Apopka-Vineland Road at Pine Hills. The final segment of the County Road follows Hiawassee Road south from Florida 438 (Silver Star Road) and Florida 50 (West Colonial Drive). All of Orange County 435 (South Apopka-Vineland Road) south of Colonial Drive was decommissioned by 2005.

Orange County 435 South (Hiawassee Road)
A lone Orange County 435 shield is posted along Hiawassee Road south of Florida 438 (Silver Star Road). This is the only sign posted along the Hiawasssee Road portion of Orange County 435 south. Photo taken 10/02/08.

Hiawassee Road sinks toward a busy intersection with Florida 50, opposite its diamond interchange (Exit 4) with Florida 408 Toll (East-West Expressway).
